a. Design consultation
The IR Office should be brought in early to a research project
or intervention design to assist you in clarifying goals and
developing assessments.
OIRA is equipped to assist with both prospective and
retrospective analysis. We encourage faculty and staff to
consult with us and build the evaluation mechanism into
programs. The office provides professional services for
experimental and quasi-experimental design.
b. Hypothesis testing
The IR Office can assist you in developing testable hypotheses
and in the use of statistical methods for testing hypotheses.
c. Reports

- IR Briefs
IR Briefs are short reports written by the IR staff on
survey results and explorations into LaGuardia data.
- Survey Reports
Results of surveys are generally available from the IR
Office.
